Thank you for shopping at SG Fitness Box (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via sgfitnessbox.com. We highly value your satisfaction with our fitness products and services. However, to ensure a fair and secure shopping experience for all customers, we enforce a strict refund and returns framework.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. THE MANDATORY RETURN POLICY (NO “REFUND-ONLY”)
At SG Fitness Box, we do not offer “refund-only” options under any circumstances.
To qualify for a refund, store credit, or an exchange, you must physically return the purchased item to us. We will not issue financial refunds, compensation, or replacements while the product remains in your possession. This rule applies strictly to all claims, including cases where a customer alleges that an item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
If you request a refund, you must initiate a standard return and send the physical product back to our designated facilities or store address for inspection. No exceptions will be made.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a physical return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.
- You must provide the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase from sgfitnessbox.com.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable goods (such as fitness supplements, nutrition bars, or energy drinks).
- Intimate or sanitary goods (such as specialized athletic underwear, compression gear, or sweatbands).
- Gift cards or downloadable digital fitness plans/software.
- Items purchased during clearance, final sales, or flash promotional events.
3. THE RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a physical return, you must follow our mandatory step-by-step verification process:
- Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team via email at brookl@sgfitnessbox.com within 30 days of receiving your item. You must include your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the return reason.
- Provide Visual Proof: For items claimed to be damaged or defective, you must attach clear photos or videos to your email. Please note: This evidence is for initial screening only and does not bypass the requirement to physically return the item.
- Receive Authorization: If your request is initially approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the detailed return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to us, or drop it off at our physical location.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.
- Trackable Shipping: If you are shipping an item over $50, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a return package is lost in transit before reaching us, no refund will be issued.
5. PHYSICAL STORE DROP-OFF
If you reside in Singapore, you may choose to return the product directly to our physical store to save on shipping costs. However, you must still email us beforehand to schedule the return.

- Process: Bring your product and your original digital receipt. Our staff will intake the item, but please note that financial refunds are processed digitally and will not be handed out as cash on-site.
6. INSPECTION AND REFUND APPROVAL
Once your returned item is physically received at our warehouse or store, our quality control team will inspect it.
- Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.
- Approval Criteria: If the item is in its original, resaleable condition, your refund will be approved.
- Rejection Criteria: If the item is found to be used, intentionally damaged, missing parts, or not in its original packaging, the refund will be rejected. In such cases, the item can be shipped back to you at your own expense.
7. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
If your return is inspected and officially approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Original Payment Method: The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the credit to officially post to your account.
- Deductions: If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual cost of the original shipping may be deducted from your final refund total.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have been notified of an approved refund but have not seen the money in your account yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary across financial institutions.

9. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are physically defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product (for example, choosing a different size of a fitness band), send an email request to brookl@sgfitnessbox.com. You will still be required to return the original product physically to our address at Blk 4 Queen’s Rd, MRT, Farrer Rd, #02-139 Exit B, Singapore 260004 before the replacement item is dispatched.
