By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SGT) will be processed on the following business day.
  • Order Notification: You will receive another notification email once your order has officially shipped.
  • High Volume Delays: During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN SINGAPORE)

We provide reliable delivery services across Singapore, utilizing trusted local couriers.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Windows:

  • Standard Courier Delivery: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Express Courier Delivery: 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of SGD 5.00 for orders below SGD 80.00.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all local orders totaling SGD 80.00 or more (after discounts are applied).
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of SGD 12.00 for all orders.

3. SELF-COLLECTION (STORE PICK-UP)

If you prefer to save on shipping costs and collect your order in person, we offer a free self-collection option at our physical location in Singapore.

  • Collection Address: Blk 4 Queen’s Rd, MRT, Farrer Rd, #02-139 Exit B, Singapore 260004
  • Notification: Please wait until you receive an “Order Ready for Pickup” email before arriving. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
  • Requirements: When collecting your items, please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID.
  • Scheduling: Please call us at +65 6563 1426 to confirm our current opening hours before making your journey.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to selected international destinations, including Southeast Asia, Australia, the US, and Europe.

  • International Delivery Timelines: Typically ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance procedures.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, total package weight, and size.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs fees levied by the destination country. SG Fitness Box is not responsible for these charges. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your package is handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. You can monitor the real-time status and movement of your package using this information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.


6. WRONG ADDRESS AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us immediately at brookl@sgfitnessbox.com with your order number. We can only update the address if the package has not yet left our facility.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, missing unit numbers, or a failure to collect the package after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

We take great care in packaging your fitness products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, please contact us immediately:

  • Damaged Items: Email brookl@sgfitnessbox.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged outer packaging and the broken item. Please keep all packaging materials, as they may be required for insurance claims with the courier.
  • Lost Items: If your tracking link shows no update for more than 7 consecutive business days, contact us so we can open an official investigation with the logistics provider.
